Rental Policy at Plaza South
Owners at Plaza South are allowed to rent their condos immediately after taking ownership, once per year, for a minimum of 90 days. Tenants must fill out a condo application, pay a condo application fee, the attend an association interview. There is no current minimum credit score or income requirement as per the condo association.
