Pet Policy at L’Ambiance
Pets are not allowed at L’Ambiance with the exception of service animals and emotional support animals with proper paperwork.
Rental Policy at L’Ambiance
Owners at L’Ambiance are allowed to rent their condos immediately after taking ownership, twice per year, for a minimum of 90 days each time. Tenants must fill out a condo application, pay a condo application fee, the attend an association interview. There is no current minimum credit score or income requirement as per the condo association.

Visitors and residents who enjoy an active lifestyle love this area due to its close proximity to retail stores, supermarkets, restaurants, entertainment, living, fishing, water taxi, and deeded beach access. Home to Florida’s first high-rise condo construction the Galt Ocean Mile offers deeded beach access and no entry for visitors for the stretch of the Galt Ocean Drive.
