Pets are not allowed at Galt Ocean Mile’s Ocean Club at 4020 Galt Ocean Dr Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308 with the exception of service animals and emotional support animals with proper paperwork.
Rental Policy at Ocean Club
Owners at Fort Lauderdale’s Ocean Club are allowed to rent their condos after one year of ownership, once per year, for a minimum of 180 days. Tenants must fill out a condo application, pay a condo application fee, the attend an association interview. There is no current minimum credit score or income requirement as per the condo association.
