Pets are not allowed at Playa Del Sol with the exception of service animals and emotional support animals with proper paperwork.
Rental Policy at Playa Del Sol
Owners at Playa Del Sol are allowed to rent their condos after one year of ownership, once per year, for a minimum of 365 days. Tenants must fill out a condo application, pay a condo application fee, the attend an association interview. There is no current minimum credit score or income requirement as per the condo association.
