Pet Policy at Royal Ambassador
Pets are not allowed on Galt Ocean Mile’s Royal Ambassador Condominium at 3700 Galt Ocean Dr with the exception of service animals and emotional support animals with proper paperwork.
Rental Policy at Royal Ambassador
Owners at Royal Ambassador are allowed to rent their condos after one year of ownership, once per year, for a minimum of 90 days. Tenants must fill out a condo application, pay a condo application fee, the attend an association interview. There is no current minimum credit score or income requirement as per the condo association.
