Pets are not allowed at The Commodore with the exception of service animals and emotional support animals with proper paperwork.
Rental Policy at The Commodore
Owners at The Commodore are allowed to rent their condos after one year of ownership, once per year, for a minimum of 181 days. Tenants must fill out a condo application, pay a condo application fee, the attend an association interview. There is no current minimum credit score or income requirement as per the condo association.

Home to Florida’s first high-rise condo construction the Galt Ocean Mile offers deeded beach access and no entry for visitors for the stretch of the Galt Ocean Drive.
