Pets are not allowed at The Galleon with the exception of service animals and emotional support animals with proper paperwork.
Rental Policy at The Galleon
Owners at The Galleon are allowed to rent their condos after one year of ownership, once per year, for a minimum of 90 days. Tenants must fill out a condo application, pay a condo application fee, the attend an association interview. There is no current minimum credit score or income requirement as per the condo association.

The Galt Ocean Mile is located just North of Fort Lauderdale Beach and is home to 17 luxury oceanfront high-rise buildings. Visitors and residents who enjoy an active lifestyle love this area due to its close proximity to retail stores, supermarkets, restaurants, entertainment, living, fishing, water taxi, and deeded beach access. Home to Florida’s first high-rise condo construction the Galt Ocean Mile offers deeded beach access and no entry for visitors for the stretch of the Galt Ocean Drive.
